God’s life-giving energy flows through me now.
The natural, peace-filled flow of life can be seen in the ocean tide as waves wash in and out from the shore. I feel the flow of life as air moves through me with the rise and fall of my chest as I breathe. I observe the natural flow of thoughts and ideas as they pass through my mind.
All of this flow is divine energy. God’s life-giving energy flows to and through all creation—through every system, every process, every being on earth. The flow of the Divine enables us as humans to overcome hardship, heal from disease, and come together in times of need.
I give thanks for the divine flow of life-giving energy that moves in and through my life and the world.
Out of the believer’s heart shall flow rivers of living water. John 7:38
Christ Consciousness and Humanity
They (your interpretations) belong to the past. And Life exists eternally in the present. You were intended to share in this eternal Life. But to do so, you must release identification with the past, release identification with the material garments you wear, and accept the creative definition that Life gives to you in this present moment. What do you call Satan? His body is the past, his breath, the future. Energized by your past-oriented guilt and your future-oriented fear, he follows you around like some vast cosmic shadow. He casts his nets of fear on the waters of your awareness, then draws them with ropes of reason, back into a guilt-ridden past.
For the sake of illustration, your presence could be compared to an inflatable membrane, designed to be filled to the full with the energy and power of Life. Like two enormous rips in the side, guilt and fear allow the precious life-substance to escape, leaving you withered, ineffectual and short-lived, all the’ while, using your own life substance to energize everything that you fear.
It is easy to reverse the situation. Let yourself die to the past and wake up in the present moment. Why should you hesitate? Are your past experiences really comprehensive enough to provide a basis for understanding everything you encounter in the present? Do they truly deserve the authority and credibility that you give them? How attentive were you to all the factors that were present in the moment of their occurrence? If you are preoccupied with “experience”, how attentive will you be to what is occurring in the moment? Where is your attention now?
You are where your attention takes you. In fact, you are your attention. If your attention is fragmented, you are fragmented. When your attention is in the past, you are in the past. When your attention is in the present moment you are in the Presence of God and God is present in you. Let yourself die to all that does not really exist and discover what does. Let go of all you think you know.

Field of Play – Mountain Biking
Mountain biking is the sport of riding bicycles off-road, often over rough terrain, using specially designed mountain bikes. Mountain bikes share similarities with other bikes, but incorporate features designed to enhance durability and performance in rough terrain.
Mountain biking can generally be broken down into multiple categories: cross country, trail riding, all mountain (also referred to as “Enduro”), downhill, freeride and dirt jumping. However, the majority of mountain biking falls into the categories of Trail and Cross Country riding styles.
This individual sport requires endurance, core strength and balance, bike handling skills, and self-reliance. Advanced riders pursue both steep technical descents and high incline climbs. In the case of freeriding, downhilling, and dirt jumping, aerial maneuvers are performed off both natural features and specially constructed jumps and ramps.

The American Presidency
Will you watch the debate Monday?
Is there anything about the debate venue that could change your current leaning?
In 1960, John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon squared off in the first televised presidential debates in American history. The Kennedy-Nixon debates not only had a major impact on the election’s outcome, but ushered in a new era in which crafting a public image and taking advantage of media exposure became essential ingredients of a successful political campaign. They also heralded the central role television has continued to play in the democratic process.
