Happy New Year!

Beneath the ClamorThere are few universally recognized points in time and space where there is a tipping that connect us all in our global inter-related life.

The transition from one calendar year to the next is one of those annually celebrated rites of passage.

In my own thanksgiving for the gifts of 2015 and pondering the potentialities of 2016, I offer this very special short story for your year-end reflections and your year forward navigation.

The Three Questions is a short story by Russian author Leo Tolstoy first published in 1885 as part of the collection What Men Live By, and Other Tales. The story takes the form of a parable, and it concerns a king who wants to find the answers to what he considers the three most important questions in life.

Blessings to each of you on all your comings and goings in the days to come,
David
