Choices

Acceptance 2Throw away holiness and wisdom,
and people will be a hundred times happier.
Throw away morality and justice,
and people will do the right thing.
Throw away industry and profit,
and there won’t be any thieves.
If these three aren’t enough,
just stay at the center of the circle
and let all things take their course.
Tao Te Ching v19

Many Colored StonesChoices
I choose my activities with love and wisdom.
During this busy time of year, even worthwhile and exciting social invitations can lose their sparkle on top of too many commitments. Calling on divine wisdom, I know which opportunities will enrich my appreciation of this blessed season, and I easily let go of the rest.
Instead of thinking of holiday activities as what I “should” do, I view each one as a choice. I may choose to participate, or not—depending on my interests and availability.
I release feelings of guilt or pressure. I embrace and enjoy all those things that are truly meaningful to me.
A wonderful feeling of peace comes over me as I exercise my ability to choose with love and wisdom.
So teach us to count our days that we may gain a wise heart.–Psalm 90:12

Realease with ForgivenessMiracles mirror God’s eternal Love.
To offer them is to remember Him,
And through His memory to save the world.
What we forgive becomes a part of us, as we perceive ourselves. The Son of God incorporates all things within himself as You created him. Your memory depends on his forgiveness. What he is, is unaffected by his thoughts. But what he looks upon is their direct result. Therefore, my Father, I would turn to You. Only Your memory will set me free. And only my forgiveness teaches me to let Your memory return to me, and give it to the world in thankfulness.
And as we gather miracles from Him, we will indeed be grateful. For as we remember Him, His Son will be restored to us in the reality of Love.
