What is rooted is easy to nourish.
What is recent is easy to correct.
What is brittle is easy to break.
What is small is easy to scatter.
Prevent trouble before it arises.
Put things in order before they exist.
The giant pine tree
grows from a tiny sprout.
The journey of a thousand miles
starts from beneath your feet.
Rushing into action, you fail.
Trying to grasp things, you lose them.
Forcing a project to completion,
you ruin what was almost ripe.
Therefore the Master takes action
by letting things take their course.
He remains as calm
at the end as at the beginning.
He has nothing,
thus has nothing to lose.
What he desires is non-desire;
what he learns is to unlearn.
He simply reminds people
of who they have always been.
He cares about nothing but the Tao.
Thus he can care for all things.
Tao Te Ching v64
Healing life renews my whole being.
I am grateful for God’s gift of perfect health. If I am feeling discouraged or impatient as I recuperate from illness, I turn within to pray. Here, I find Spirit holding the high watch for me.
I start my prayer time with taking deep breaths. As I breathe, I feel the connection to my entire body. I envision each inhale bringing health and oxygen into my body, while each exhale releases anything less than perfect health. I see this healing breath moving through every part of my body. I call forth the divine pattern of health in each cell of my body.
If any feelings of illness reappear as I go about my day, I return to my breath. I breathe in well-being and in exhaling, release all concerns.
O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me.–Psalm 30:2
I see all things as I would have them be.
Perception follows judgment. Having judged, we therefore see what we would look upon. For sight can merely serve to offer us what we would have. It is impossible to overlook what we would see, and fail to see what we have chosen to behold. How surely, therefore, must the real world come to greet the holy sight of anyone who takes the Holy Spirit’s purpose as his goal for seeing. And he cannot fail to look upon what Christ would have him see, and share Christ’s Love for what he looks upon.
I have no purpose for today except to look upon a liberated world, set free from all the judgments I have made. Father, this is Your Will for me today, and therefore it must be my goal as well.

Dwell Often On Thoughts Of God
The power which comes when the heart is set upon god can reverse negative to positive, darkness to light; the inflowing of the light will produce perfect help because it will produce harmony.
