Every being in the universe
is an expression of the Tao.
It springs into existence,
unconscious, perfect, free,
takes on a physical body,
lets circumstances complete it.
That is why every being
spontaneously honors the Tao.
The Tao gives birth to all beings,
nourishes them, maintains them,
cares for them, comforts them, protects them,
takes them back to itself,
creating without possessing,
acting without expecting,
guiding without interfering.
That is why love of the Tao
is in the very nature of things.
Tao Te Ching v51
Acting with integrity brings me peace.
At times I may hesitate to make decisions. I may struggle with choices about relationships and work-life balance. Or I may worry if I am spending my money wisely. Staying in touch with Truth gives me confidence. Before I choose what to do, I listen to my inner guidance. I align my thoughts with what is upright, honest, and sincere. As I speak and act with integrity, I experience balance in my mind, body, and soul. Every aspect of my life aligns in peaceful harmony.
Integrity is part of my true identity. I exhibit ease and grace when asked to make a decision. My health improves, my self-esteem increases, and I live courageously.
Show yourself in all respects a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity, gravity, and sound speech that cannot be censured.–Titus 2:7, 8
Eternal holiness abides in me.
My holiness is far beyond my own ability to understand or know. Yet God, my Father, Who created it, acknowledges my holiness as His. Our Will, together, understands it. And Our Will, together, knows that it is so.
Father, my holiness is not of me. It is not mine to be destroyed by sin. It is not mine to suffer from attack. Illusions can obscure it, but can not put out its radiance, nor dim its light. It stands forever perfect and untouched. In it are all things healed, for they remain as You created them. And I can know my holiness. For Holiness Itself created me, and I can know my Source because it is Your Will that You be known.

Focus Heart And Mind On God
The one sustenance, the great sustaining power all mankind can receive, is strength from God. If you are sick in body, weary in mind, despondent and hopeless, turn your thoughts away from yourself. Turn your thoughts and your prayers and your praise to God; focus your whole heart and mind upon God. Never waiver, never falter, hold fast to belief in the Great White Spirit; and in God’s light you will find that every need of your life will be met.
