The Master has no mind of her own.
She works with the mind of the people.
She is good to people who are good.
She is also good to people who aren’t good.
This is true goodness.
She trusts people who are trustworthy.
She also trusts people who aren’t trustworthy.
This is true trust.
The Master’s mind is like space.
People don’t understand her.
They look to her and wait.
She treats them like her own children.
Tao Te Ching v49
I welcome change as an opportunity for learning.
Every fall I marvel at how a new season unfolds. In the blink of an eye the trees go from green to golden. It’s as if nature throws buckets of paint over the landscape. In a similar way, beautiful changes sometimes appear in my life. Other times, I find change unattractive. Then, I rely on faith. I embrace the change as an opportunity to learn and grow spiritually.
As I make decisions during times of change, I turn to God for guidance. I release any feelings of resistance or fear based on past experience. Focused on the healing influence of Spirit, I find the answers to my questions and accept change gracefully.
I grow to welcome new experiences. I trust every change is for the good.
New things I now declare; before they spring forth, I tell you of them.–Isaiah 4
Forgiveness is the only gift I give.
Forgiveness is the only gift I give, because it is the only gift I want. And everything I give I give myself. This is salvation’s simple formula. And I, who would be saved, would make it mine, to be the way I live within a world that needs salvation, and that will be saved as I accept Atonement for myself.
Father, how certain are Your ways; how sure their final outcome, and how faithfully is every step in my salvation set already, and accomplished by Your grace. Thanks be to You for Your eternal gifts, and thanks to You for my Identity.

The Master Soul Is Constant
In the mind of God dwells the picture of the perfect man, His Son, Christ – you! To God you are not the weak and erring child of earth; God holds you ever in His thought as the perfect form, the Christ-man, created in His own image.
