The Tao never does anything,
yet through it all things are done.
If powerful men and women
could center themselves in it,
the whole world would be transformed
by itself, in its natural rhythms.
People would be content
with their simple, everyday lives,
in harmony, and free of desire.
When there is no desire,
all things are at peace.
Tao Te Ching v37
I celebrate diversity in the world and in my life.
I see abundance in the diversity of plants and animals on earth. Every species is so unique yet so interdependent. Many species contribute to the ecosystem of a tide pool or a forest glade. They function as one circle of life.
Diversity is a source of abundance for humanity too. My community includes people with a variety of physical traits and different cultural and social backgrounds. These characteristics that set us apart keep life interesting and make us stronger.
I gain wisdom through a variety of friends, coworkers, and acquaintances. With an open mind and heart, I embrace both commonalities and differences. I see God in each unique expression—person, plant, or animal.
After this I looked, and there was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages.–Revelation 7:9
My holiness shines bright and clear today.
Today I wake with joy, expecting but the happy things of God to come to me. I ask but them to come, and realize my invitation will be answered by the thoughts to which it has been sent by me. And I will ask for only joyous things the instant I accept my holiness. For what would be the use of pain to me, what purpose would my suffering fulfill, and how would grief and loss avail me if insanity departs from me today, and I accept my holiness instead?
Father, my holiness is Yours. Let me rejoice in it, and through forgiveness be restored to sanity. Your Son is still as You created him. My holiness is part of me, and also part of You. And what can alter Holiness Itself?

Follow The Light In Your Heart
Don’t think that we are unaware of your disappointments and hardships, and the fears that possess you. We in spirit know that you have tests. We know that the physical body is not always as fit and perfect as it could be. We know that the material conditions in your life can be irksome. We are so attuned to you, our brother, that we absorb your feelings. We know the problems and the difficulties; but we would reassure every one of you that if you will truly follow the light within your heart, all will be well.
