Peace

Soft Overcomes HardThe gentlest thing in the world
overcomes the hardest thing in the world.
That which has no substance
enters where there is no space.
This shows the value of non-action.
Teaching without words,
performing without actions:
that is the Master’s way.

Joy 2Inner Peace

DRAWING FROM THE STILLNESS WITHIN, I AM AT PEACE.

Even in the midst of chaos, I remain centered. At the still point between thoughts or breaths, I discover an ocean of infinite peace within me. With intention, I draw peace from the stillness and express it to the world through my thoughts, words, and actions.

Peace comes forth from within like a rising tide, gently kissing the shores of my life. I feel a peaceful ease in the movement of my body and the cadence of my walk. As I interact with others, I listen closely and enjoy discussions with a satisfying, easy rhythm. The peace I find within, shapes my life experience. Drawn from inner stillness, divine peace blesses my life and the lives of those around me.

Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.” John 20:21

Fill Your Bowl to the Brim and it will SpillToday I will judge nothing that occurs.

I will be honest with myself today. I will not think that I already know what must remain beyond my present grasp. I will not think I understand the whole from bits of my perception, which are all that I can see. Today I recognize that this is so. And so I am relieved of judgments that I cannot make. Thus do I free myself and what I look upon, to be in peace as God created us.

Father, today I leave creation free to be itself. I honor all its parts, in which I am included. We are one because each part contains Your memory, and truth must shine in all of us as one.

Centered. . . Is Calm, Quiet And Steady

Beneath The Clamor Of The World

You long for peace. You think of peace as goodwill towards each other, goodwill among nations, the lying down of arms. But peace is far more than this, it can only be understood  and realized within your heart. It lies beneath all the turmoil and noise and clamor of the world, beneath feeling, beneath thought. It is found in the deep, deep silence and stillness of the soul. It is spirit; it is God.
